I know Startaveler personally. I know he can be point blank with answers, but he has reasoning with them. He doesn't call anyone a liar without at least explaining why. He doesn't mean it in a bad way, he just replies to things sharply and people think it's rude.

They are probably not sceptics, Gaheris, but rather Non-Believers.
It is truly acceptable to disagree with someone, or question someone on their beliefs as long as it's done respectfully, but it's totally rude and unacceptable to laugh at or persecute someone for their beliefs.
I personally have no time for non-believers, as I feel there is no point to try to convince them of my beliefs or experiences. I'm not going to change their minds, any more than they are going to change MY mind about the existence of spirits etc.

That is why this board is made. I am very strict if it comes to trashing other peoples believes. they get a warning, if they push it so far that they harrash other people then i kick em! bye bye, this board even alows me to Block his IP, so... where there is a will there is a way.

That was kind of my point, Teej.
However, I never said I didn't have patience with a non believer. I only said I didn't have time for them.
In other words, I wouldn't waste my breath trying to convince people that ghosts exist. There would be no point.
I have a lot of friends who do not believe in ghosts. So we don't talk about it. You know, agree to disagree.
