I dunno, maybe there is something in blood that makes skin look younger and healthier, but I don't know, it hasn't been proven or anything.

Technically speaking it would be good for the skin, effecting the visible signs of aging. Blood is full of the nutrients we use to grow and develop, it is how we feed our skin and other body parts. Our skin does absorb some substances placed on it. Look at the crap people put on their skin to avoid wrinkles these days.

Teej, that is true.. but you must take in account that during her time.. they never knew of such things.. so they never feared it. So for them to cover themselves in blood wasn't such a bad thing.. but I figure if they knew about AIDS and such, it wouldn't of happened. She probably would of just bathed herself in warm milk if she wanted soft and young skin..
