nearly 95 % of all the wars in this world is caused by religion..and most of it is down to the so called one true faith of christians.

(though ofcourse there still be some war going on without religion. But then it would be about food or land. And thats somethin (most of the time anyway) from a long-long time ago.)

the meaning of life is to give meaning to your life.... if it be with religion, music, hobbies...whatever... you could say that people would be better off without religion..BUT the fact of the matter is...we'd prolly be worse... consider how many wars HAVEN'T started due to religion...ppl who didn't take things out of proportion b/c they wanted to go to "heaven" people would be way beyond confused adn well that would suck...b/c let's face it...many people rely on or hide behind their religion and well wehre would they be without it? anywhoz...PLUR and KISSIES  |

first most wars started outta religion
second if there would be no religion that would mean no spirtuality...
all our lives would be EXTREMELY sucky and boring
third some ppl relay on religion... that either coz they know nothing else (BAD) or coz its right for them!(GOOD!)
what makes u so sure there aint a god and religion is wrong?

Im a firm believer that God does not exist.
As for most (not all) religions they rely on people following strict rules or you dont get a good time after you die. (heaven or whatever you believe).
The world would be a much better place if there was no religion and we started living for today.
To say war would stop if you stop religion is false. War has a route cause on greed. A greed for power, a greed for money, a greed for land or the greed to make your beliefs undisputed in the world. End greed end war.

what really kills us is possessions...
and the stupid idea that we can own anything...
the world, property or land....

yea...many wars began due to religion but quite a few ended b/c of it as well... it may not be a direct cause to the end of wars but it's still a factor.... anywhoz...true that no one owns anything...but people can leave their mark on things... I think that although objects do not have sentient thought they can "chose" whom they "belong" to... PLUR |

well all abojects have energy of some sort so depending on the "vibe" the object gives you will depend if you wanna call it your own... I don't believe that an object casn bring you bad luck but the energy in it can make you more succeptible to receiving bad luck...so the object "chooses" to not be in your "possesion" byt giving a different energy to you then it woulod another... just some complex thoughts on my part...
