we all talk to ourselves anyway...
If its in our heads or out loud.
Sometimes it just helps saying things out loud in order to make them stand out in the sea of thoughts going through your head...
could be just me though...

Yeh.. sounds logical. Almost if you are not yóu talking to yourself out loud but somebody else which says it to make you understand better
