if i had a choice i would choose my family, hand pick them, make sure that they are not a bunch of arseholes.
what makes a member of your family turn their backs on you ?
is it genetics or is it society ?

I think some people are just assholes and it just so happens that they are a relative to you. There are members of my family that are like that.

some people can't accept you...blood or not...
but family is improtant..but family is only who you chose...family is what you make of it...friends, pets, and other people can be family to you...they don't hafta be blood...
and well ya...it's society...most definetely..

Well, even if I do not always get a long with a sibling or parent, I will always love them. It may seem that they "turn" but... it is just a phase and they always pass...
