I just started researching magick and i find it very interesting. i was wondering if any one would teach me the ruls and some of the basics?

Rules? There are no real rules...And there are no basics, anything you read in the books or on sites is bs, its all just pretty stuff to make you feel like its all good...

Make your own belifes and tell yourself what you want to do and what you never want to do

I've always been curious on magick. Is it seriously true, or are they just wives' tales/the people using the magick just believe it's really working?? I've always found it hard to believe that someone can make things happen by saying a little chant or mixing herbs together.

Chanting and all that is just a show. Its all about the energyz you focus into what your doing. Its not magick that does the spell work, its your own energy on wich you focused/gave a certain task 2

Well, True magick has no basics, or no rules. But in Witchcraft there are diffrent branches of religons, like Celtic for example. If you want to get more spiritualy connected, then you can either follow one of thos religons or make you own systeme of beliefs and take it from there

Witchcraft is the practice.. a craft..

A Book of Shadows is your own personal book that you write with spells, rituals, thoughts, receipes, etc
look upon it as a magickal diary, that only you or your coven read.

Wicca is the "religion" aspect of the craft, there are many different branches that you can practise, like there are many branches of the christian faith.

Witchcraft or the craft of the wise is the rituals and practises that witches do.

not all websites and books on the craft are BS, but you have to research them yourself, but beware of information that is kiddie friendly that tells you that you can fly and shoot fire from your eyes, now that is BS.

There are some rules to the Wicca faith, and there is an excellent site that explains more - www.witchvox.com
that is the primary website of wiccans from all over the world.

for true magick, the real energy that you use, the only limitations that you have is yourself, you must have faith and skill in your own abilities to achieve magick.

remember anything is possible within magick.

I think wicca iz kinda bs, its all just a show... I dont belive in any faith...I have my belifs and i think magick does not exist, only energy manipulation... Everything haz a logic explanation
