Well no. First of all, humanoids is a term for intelligent creatures walking on two legs AND having a one head two arms.
Second, humanoid form is most practical.

why?
i mean its practiacal if uve evolved from 4 legged thingies that walk with all 4 legs
than u would take to legs and use them as hands...
but all planets have 4 legged creatures in them as a base???
seems strange

noone could possibly know if all life in the universe evolved in the same manner, in all likelyhood, probably not. to say that it has would be a bit like saying that all life could only evolve on earth like planets.

yes but we havent seen any yet...
not as intelegent as humans... and not using tools...
having hands makes the whole "tool using/making" thing alot easier, comfortable and therefore probable
