sure they say they don't hurt the rat but what are they really doing...? it's like a fur coat manufacturer saying they don't actually hurt the animals...
I really do think it's sick, and it WILL lead to something else...humans most likely...
and frankly, if I WAS buried under a pile or rubbel after an earthquake I'd rather die slowly then know that the only reason I was saved was because of a creature who's free will is no longer takne into consideration or even an option...
death doesn't scare me, losing the use of my will and having my own body move to do things I don't want it to on the other hand....well that does scare me...

I heard they experimented with this stuff on cockroaches as well. They said they would be able to predict when earthquakes will happen. Does anyone know how this is possible??

Cat, they're controlling the rats physical movement by sending lil' electro-shocks (and thats, you know, how the BRAIN works) to the movement part of the rats BRAIN
And your BRAIN isnt the same as ur MIND. This is pure physical, it hasnt to do something with emotions.
Anyway, there's this technology which works exactly the same on humans. There was this guy who's legs were lame, and they managed to use the SAME technology to make the man walk again. Now thát guy was happy!
And thén you consider it a good thing I suppose...
So dont come with the fact a rat cannot think for itself as humans do, because IF you do then you shouldnt use alotta products... if ya find it bad then ehhh

physical or emotional its still CREEPY
i have nothin against the technology...
i just dont like it when they use it to control lil rats
CREEPY SCARY AND IMMORAL

the dictionary told me this

meaning....
that it can be said to exist only based on its relation with something else!
ah ha!
that the only way to measure it is by using other things... (yeah everything is relative)
i think emotions pretty much stand for themselves though...
