dammit i posted this after watching voyager! and it was this chapter when this klingon woman turned into human and when she was klingon she was brownish and when she was human she was all whitey
so i started thinking of balck humans and for some reason i couldnt think of any of those...
so not only that voyager suck serious ass it also poisons yar mind so that u cant think its EVIL

Oh and lets not forget Voyagers own black vulcan Tuvok.
I also belive that the reason why B'Elanna Torres (that klingon woman) was white when she was human is that Roxann Dawson the actress who plays her is white.
If you want a more nerdish response it is because her human half comes from her father who is white, and her klingon half is her mother.
And anyway Voyager doesnt suck it was more of a Star TREK than Deep Space Nine ever was where all they did was stay in a crappy space station where they didnt trek anywhere...
Oh and to stop any star trek is racisit stuff the original series showed the first ever tv kiss between a black woman and a white man...

Ok to name a couple of examples it dealt with the concept of value of freedom of choice over drone/sheep like mentality in many of the Seven of Nine episodes...
It dealt with the concept of the right to commit suicide when the quality of life diminishes so much that it is pointless to continue in the first Q episode...
But I do agree with the fact that Voyager is entertainment. It's just not all without its meaning.

but compare it to TNG i mean COME ON!!!! they had great phylosophical issues... things that u dont get to think about every day... it had a mystery in every episode! i just kicked ass! and so did DS9 exept for its cool episdoes... it had these really cool episodes and really meaningful episodes

Cat if there was a poll created of which star trek series do you like the most I would indeed vote for TNG. None of the series have even come close to their standard in acting/story lines/ characters or issues that they dealt with.
That wasnt the issue I was debating. What I am saying is that in my personal view with a choice between Deep Space Nine or Voyager I would choose Voyager.
I personally do not like DS9 for the way they dealt with pre-existing characters like Worf and O'Brien who were screwed up by the series.
Their stories in my view (apart from a few exceptions) are dull and pointless and not Star Trek. You cannot Trek (def. a long journey) when you are stuck in one spot in a space station.
