I'd have to agree with Fuzz...whilest Shamanism can loosely fall under Pagan belief.......... I don't know so much about Magick. The whole line of their beliefs varies greatly, and they themselves don't even call it magic per se.
Of course I only go by speculation as every Shaman I've ever met, hell I only learned they were a Shaman by mistake. Those who study it are some of the most humble people I know.

Among my many paths, i study the path of the shaman. It is an interesting perspective, and has many interesting techniques.
Although not precisely described as magick, shamanism is often placed in such a category. Technically it is a form of spirituality (sorry about the pun). A few hold it as a religion, Most use it as a method of exploration.

humble i am hmm yes. i htought yoday said that stuff about fear and hesitation. but then i only saw 3 starwars films. one i thought was diney. so that eosn't count as one. and ihaven't seen two.

Excellent idea Nick. A study on relegions outside Christianity and pagen as a whole would be good. Lost faiths and so forth.

Well, it could be another forum, but it might have the same problem some of the other forums had/are having, where there isn't much posing going on and then it ends up to be a waste of space. I don't know a thing about shamanism but if everyone thinks we should have it then it doesn't matter to me.

As a Shaman foremostly...I would LOVE to Mod a forum dedicated to the art and ways of Shamanism.
There are Shampeople all over the World...name a coutry...same as magick...occult study and or literature...Magick...Paganism....Christ-Insanity etc.
you tell me how and I'm there.
I will psot questions...thoughts...essays...photos...pictures etc. even if KNOW MORE DO!
I've had healings from Shamen...in the Amazon Rainforest, Quito, the USA, the New Forest etc...
someone define:
a) shamen
b) shamanism
c) beliefs...
And I WILL too.

The problem is, Shamanism like most of these things is best experienced rather than written about. Basic concepts can be discussed, but until you experience something for yourself it never really means as much.
