Anyone? i had cheese last night before bed. had some love lilly dreams. pretty fucking lucid.
anyone else done this? apparently meat before sleep helps produce nightmares...i think that's just a bad post-hypnotic suggestion...
but then maybe the cheese thing is a placebo kind thing...i dunno. works kinda well for me.

ok, well getting back to the dream, please?
I doubt the cheese had ANYTHING to do with the dream whatsoever. Other than the fact that it's hard on your stomach. What were you watching before you went to sleep? were you playing any video games? reading a comic book? Were you doing something?

I don't think the dream had anything to do with watching films or anything before bed. I think that eating cheese before bed can help get lucid dreams. I haven't been in this topic for a while so i can't remember what the dream was about or what caused it necessarily except for the fact i had cheese before bed. Its happened before. Also i think eating meat before bed can sometimes cause nightmares.
anyways...has anyone else experimented with eating cheese before sleep and and effect it had on dreams?
maybe its all just a coincidink...maybe not.

I'd have to agree with Freya, it's probably just having an effect on your stomach. I wouldn't eat right before bed anymore.
