A rose

It stands so still
It sways from side to side
On top of the moutain hill
The rain pours down
Upon her petals and stem
Leafs drop tears
And it tickles them
She sits alone
Waiting to be noticed by another
To feel the tenderness and love
By warmth in the freezing weather
The sun shines down
Upon her silky skin
She swokes it up
And growth of her begins
She blooms, she lives
She shrivels and dies
Her beautiful petals
Captivates our eyes
She's so pretty
She's so sweet
Only wishing she could move
But she would need feet [/glow]

Well, this was written a while back.. it sort of has changed since then. I know have some written where it creates atmosphere.. But then again, there is never anything wrong with rhyming. It just doesn't sound as .good in some ways depending on how the writer wishes to display the words.

But in my poems or stories, you know as much as I do (literally), that I don't write them.. they just have me to write for them.
