Darkness seeps into my blood,
Hardening my heart,
Sucking out my soul,
Destroying my innocence,
Clipping my wings,
Taking my happiness,
And violently ripping it apart,

Demented evilness surges forward,
Claiming all the innocence,
Feeding upon its sweetness,
Drowning in the cruelty,
Making life forever horrid,
Darkness crawls closer and closer,
Begging to take your soul.

Time can be stolen,
Just like your breath,
Dangerous dreams,
Claims your sanity,
Making you yearn,
For sweet death,
Nothing is as it seems.
