I choose all of the above to a certain extent.
Weres as shapeshifters, i have doubt's on due to never witnessing such an event. This doesn't mean i rule it out totally just i have not had any experience to prove such things. But i have witnessed and experienced shifting in a shamanic sense, which is an incredibly vivid mental shift.
Ghosts, demons, psychics, ufos I have had too many experiences with to doubt. Never knowingly met an alien yet ;D but it would be arrogant of us to think that we are the only intelligent life in the whole universe. It's too damn big too be that empty.
Never witnessed bigfoot either but there are still species being discovered every day in our world who's to say this isn't another one.
