No I dont doubt the fact that they researched it.. I doubt the conclusions of this research... this 'sollution/conclusion' is too easy for a problem this big.

Who says that governments always tell the truth?
I know they dont. Otherwise there wouldnt be such many corrupt countries, such things as Watergate Scandal etc etc.
