The HARP device may soon be released as a smaller rifle form. The harp device is A hexagonal plate the milatry planned to use as crowd control. It does this by microwaves emiting from the plate. This would cause whoever wa sin the pth to be placated through pain. Deemed to ineconimic because of its massive power intake, and alrge size(it need a humvee for movement) the project was canned. IN the early 2000's generators were small enough to make it praticle but it was still useless as it becomes stationary once deployed. NOw the milatary is trying to develope a rifle version that will be handed to swat troopers and carried as a "sidearm" by tropps in trouble spots. comon guys give it up already  .... |

That's pretty weird. I don't like that idea though because what if some innocent people were caught up in the crowd?? That would kind of suck for them  Teej |

what i think thsi world needs is for one of their "magnificint" creations to blow up in their face big time. then maybe we cna start trusting ourselves with some weapons.

The world complains that there is too much hate, destruction and death in the world..but we are the ones who created all of it in the first place... So we shouldn't create more of what we dislike.

Freya i don't think you get it, yes there is hate in the world, but here is also love and good stuff. I believe in balance, so what i believe is you cant have order without chaos

Lotu, it's not that I don't get it. I understand alot and well. Just the world sometimes is very conceited. True, there is love and happiness..but we lack of peace.. The adults say that they want to make the perfect example for the children..So blowing up people, death, murder, wars and etc... That's the example they wish to set for the children? It's too contradictory.. The presidents, prime ministers and every other one, all go against what they say they will give to the world.
I just don't like it. I know, you'll say you don't like it either.

lol if everybody wanted peace and love or knew thats what they want there would be no wars... but thats not the primary concern... what the head of stats want is: money power to get re elected sometimes it money for theyre ppl sometimes its power for the state and sometimes its for themselves i dont think there are many leaders that see love as a primary concern...  neither peace.... they dont think in "let ppl live and love" kinda way no no they think in the GOOD case "let OUR ppl live and let me get re elected" oh and about the subject ( ;D ) does guns get ppl that are in the way hurt? lol if anything this thing is better... assuming it doesnt coz any permemnt injury or kills |
