1) To discuss things of the paranormal (some things off topic are ok) and to discuss things with people of the same interest.
2) Nemesis and Witchboy are in charge right now. Nemesis is probably around the most, witchboy is usually pretty busy.

To answer your 2nd question, it all depends on your topic.... Nem is the one that is mostly around. Witchboy takes on the magick and well.. witch craft. I can handle the dreams and geomancy, ... and well.. anyone will probably try and help with any question you have.. really.. we always do and have done it that way...
