ack...I've been getting very lil sleep lately and it sucks... I try to get to sleep at a decent time only to fall asleep about 5 hours later...and then wake up at least once every hour til I wake up for the day about 3-5hours later...luckily for me my body has learned to function with only 2 hours of sleep so I'll be fine..
(look at me I'm already ready for university exams...lol... ;D)

well ya...I've restarted with my meditating so it should help...at least a lil bitty bit...

well there isn't really anything I can do...well except try to sleep but that plan isn't going very well...

my mother wanted to put me on medication it's getting so bad...well she wanted to until I feraked out on her because I refuse to do that to myself...

actually the only thing I can do is exhaust myself...do WAY too much and then hopefully my body will respond by putting me in at least a 3 or 4 hour coma...it hasn't worked yet but it's all I can do...

well I was lucky enough to have gotten a full night's sleep last night...sort of...I was up at least once every hour...

I just keep getting these incontrollably morbid and disturbing nightmares...you think I'd be used to em by now but they just seem to be getting worse every night...

and plus the fact that there's an active gateway open rigth outside my bedroom window doesn't help...

oh well...it's no big deal...
