Beads of sweat trickle down my back Shots of shivers run up my arms. Hearing his name drives me insane Hearing his voice makes me float. Mysterious and hidden Keeps me on my toes Dressed in black Keeps me excited The look of his eyes Turns me shy The feel of his body Mixes my "elements". I lose all words I lose all concentration He's everything I ever wanted Everything I ever needed My friends envy me For having caught his eye Am I truly that lucky To only have a best friend?

I never said it was about you, dear! heh! But why would people worry??
Some poetry is written due to "inspiration" and others about emotions. I take mine where I can get them, where I can escape when I read it over again. If that means to write about friends, to write about a long love and other people, than so be it, right?
And what do you think you know, exactly? *raises an eyebrow in interest*

Freya, think about it: how often do you write about me? You know I like it and there are many refferences to me in this poem, which are plain as day to you and I. People, in my refference, reffered to my girlfriend, who frequents the board from time to time as a guest, I believe. "lol dont start the gossip" - waterspirit No gossip present, friend. Freya and I go a long way back... a really long way.

I quote something from a friend.. *Inspiration comes from "you" and "I"*.
So.. technically, both.. the inspiration was created from emotions that I felt..
Although sometimes, I think not long enough..

yep.. exactly!
I must confess something though.. I wrote that poem in a couple minutes.. on the site, itself! I figured it needed something "fresh" "new" and "true"
